yesterday was my first experience, I was very satisfied with my stylist, Taylor, she asked how I wanted my hair and explained everything she was going to do and made sure I was OK with her suggestions. My hair is thick and course, not easy to style, but she did an awesome job. I have scheduled my next appointment and will recommend Taylor and the other stylists.

Absolutely. The stylist was very careful to make sure I stayed completely dry.

Not a very professional establishment. The owner and one other hairdresser are always talking about all the customers. ( not very nice things to say) There is no one to answer the phone and you have to pay by check or cash. No debit or credit cards
Hair color swatch's have no name of the color and they have very little to choose from.

All said and done I would not recommend this salon to anyone I know. They need to update really bad with everything!

I have seen great work come out of Naomi's. But, my first visit was with a beautician that had not practiced in many years - that's what I get for not asking for particular people by name! I ended up with a haircut that wasn't flattering and was thinned in places that left huge gaps in my hair. Thank goodness it has grown out.I am looking to make a new appointment and ask for Laurie by name. My neighbor gets her hair done with Laurie and it always looks amazing.
