They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Crown Barber and Beauty explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I recognized the shampoo and conditioner used at Crown Barber and Beauty as some of the best brands on the market. They are used by the top stylists in the country.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything! When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
