They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
