HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON... My mother went in for a cut and highlights. When she arrived at home she was very unhappy. When we went back the next day Rosa was very confrontational and argumentative we could not get a word in and kept on saying that's what my mother wanted. My mother showed her a big patch with no color on top of her head and very rudely she dismissed my mother. I was shocked and never experienced a salon like this before. ROSA IS THE WORST AND THE MOST RUDE HAIRDRESSER I HAVE EVER MET. When we arrived at home she had the nerve to call my mother and again argue with her and myself then she hung up the phone. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau with a big complaint. THIS IS NOT A WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER.
