Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I love maggie and all of them at the salon, i've been going to her for 15 years now, and they always make me feel so comfortable.

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
