Mary is the BEST! So talented and cares about all her customers. All the stylists are great and would trust them with my hair. The only shop to go to in the area if you want a great do every time!!

I've been going to Ciao for hair cuts for the better part of 20 years and always get a great cut, great customer service and I'm always treated politely. All I see are smiling faces on the other customers all these years so it appears that they're just as satisfied as I am.

My boyfriend paid for me to get a cut and color done at this salon. I am a little unconventional, and wanted a more extreme a-line (inverted bob) cut and a BRIGHT RED COLOR. I even took in a sample of something that was the exact color I wanted. After three tries, I walked out of there in tears. The color ended up a deep auburn, and because of the color fail, the situation got awkward and she really hacked up my hair. To make matters worse, she had thrown in eye brow wax and dye, and she took a huge chunk out of one eyebrow and the color ended up nearly black on my blonde eyebrows. It may have just been the woman who did my hair, but I am NOT pleased with this place, at all. WAY over priced for their services, too. FAIL
