I have been a client of this salon for more than 10 years but I'm thinking of changing. the service used to be great. Now if you don't make a future appointment when you leave there forget about going back. They don't answer the phone but tell you they will return your call. That doesn't happen. On three different occasions I have left messages and never heard back. They have great stylists but what good is that if you can't get an appointment. If they are that busy they should hire someone to answer the phone.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
