This is one of the best low cost salon's in the NoVA area. I know the Hair Cuttery can get a bad reputation but this location is definitely the better of the bunch. The stylists here have been working at this place for a long time so turnover is low. I see Ann as she is clearly the best which explains why she is always busy on Saturday. Go visit her during the week if you can. You can't beat the cost for a haircut or color compared to those high end "but we give you wine" salons. No thank you, I'll just see Ann for my hair and buy a BOTTLE of good wine and cheese at Giant next door with the money I save!
