Michele was an absolute nightmare. Came to this establishment as a first-time client with natural hair. Having gotten heat damage from stylists before, I made sure that I was communicative with Michele about my hair history and needs especially since she’s never done my hair before. When trying to let her know about my fear of heat damage, she responded “hair is hair”. If you want a personalized experience with someone who’ll listen to you and what’s important to you as a client, don’t come here. She stated that she was offended by the questions I posed and told me I could do my own hair and then excused me from the salon hair half done and soaking wet. She snatched the cape off of my body and the belongings that I had in my lap went flying across the floor. Pitiful and disappointing. Very obvious that she has some personal demons she's fighting. Want to give her the benefit of the doubt and assume that she's not that nasty by default but who knows. I'll never go back to find out.

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help
