The stylist quickly dried and styled my hair, but she/he didn't go above and beyond.

The negatives: 1. The receptionist did not greet me for 10 minutes while she ate her lunch in front of me. I felt she could have been more professional. 2. They don't have a debt/credit card machine, so you have to pay with cash or check. 3. The stylists do talk with one another some, even when working on clients, but they don't completely ignore you either.

The positives: 1. I brought in a picture of a cut and color that I wanted to recreate and my stylist did a fabulous job listening to me and making everything similar to what I wanted. 2. My stylist taught me how to style my new cut without me even asking 3. She was polite and comfortable to be around, as was the rest of the staff. There was no swearing or bad talk of another client. 4. The salon was clean 5. The pricing was great! 6. They worked with my schedule.

Overall, I liked my experience, love my hair cut, and will be a returning client.

King Hair has always been Logan's place for a walk- in cuts and a part of the salon is set apart for walk-ins. When I went in today for a walk -in, 3 of the 4 stylists were setting in the salon chairs chatting. All 3 were waiting for appointments that were not there. I waited till the 4th stylist was finished with her client and her station cleaned before I could get a haircut. It is unfortunate that they treat you like there is just not time for a walk-in and as a client you feel embarrassed that you asked for service. Social skills are definitely lacking. The stylists are all professional and good but this is the second time I have experienced this in the salon.
Owner right there the whole time so it must be acceptable behavior.
