This is the dirtiest salon I have even been to. I never see them cleaning - the bathroom is always disgusting, never restocked or cleaned, the tan booth doesnt look like it has EVER been vacuumed or wiped down since it has been there, the station mirrors are dirty and it is obvious that the staff there are lazy (when there are no customers, they just sit in the salon chairs and watch TV or stare out the window). Not to mention, the customer service is extremely lacking, besides the owner (Kim I think her name is) everyone is miserable and acts like you are a bother to them. When I went to get my haircut and I showed the lady a photo if what I wanted, she cut it almost 5inches too short and did not make it look anything like the photo - even Kim the owner agreed with me! But they still charged me full price and didnt apologise. Dont waste your time, money or effort at this place!

Very difficult to find a good hairdresser. This salon was great! Very satisfied with their service, haircut,and the ease in getting an appointment.

I made an appointment for the first time with very little notice, and got one of the best cuts I've had in my life! I needed a new style, and Dorene sat with me and we talked thru possibilities. We combined several different styles seen in a book, and Dorene took almost an hour to wash, precision cut and style my hair into an almost 'wash 'n wear' style. I was very pleased! Thanks!
