i just want to say that i have been to Bentley Place more then once and have never had anything bad to say about any of the stylists until my last visit. My husband bought me a Mani Pedi and Hair Cut and Style for my birthday. The mani and pedi were awesome. Laura did a great job. I was so relaxed. Then when i got my hair done the stylist Caroline Shields was a very sweet person but she cut my hair way shorter then i had asked for. i had said that i wanted my hair to touch the top of my shoulders. instead I got my hair cut chin length. It is horrible. She didn't do a thing to style it just straightened it. I have never met Caroline before. Apparently she is new to Bentley Place. I think she is trying to build up some clientele but she will never get her hands on my hair again. I love Bentley and I will go back, but to my normal person who has never let me walk away without knowing that i loved it. Caroline asked me if i liked it and because i am not great with confrontation I said yes just to get out of there because i had another place to be. But fact remains i am not happy. I am extremely upset. I have gotten past the mad to emotional. I know it will grow back but i didn't want my hair that short.

Absolutely. The stylist was very careful to make sure I stayed completely dry.

Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say!

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
