Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I just had the BEST experience at Mickeys with Natalie as my stylist. Immediately upon arrival the entire staff was super friendly and helpful, taking my coat, offering beverages/reading material, etc. Natalie did a fabulous job with the coloring of my hair; I wanted ombre and she delivered a great finished product! Never once did I feel uncomfortable or have the feeling that I wasn't being heard about what I wanted. When I was finished they even gifted me a 30 minute facial and massage!! I have been to MANY salons around town and in my opinion this was by far the best experience I've ever had. I was in and out in a little over an hour, whereas it used to take me 3+ hours to achieve a less than desirable haircut/color. I will absolutely recommend this salon and my stylist to anyone. I really can't thank the entire staff enough. Did I mention I called this morning and was in a couple of hours later? Truly hair magic today.
