I SHOWED THE Manager a picture how I wanted my hair well let's just say I did not get that style and then to top it off I Got A Ghetto hot mess when I told them I have to go to work and I do want any ghetto hairstyle smh and that just what they gave me smh ... I guess I thought I work at a strip club🤦 I'm so mad right now

I have had my hair done in flat twist styles which I have been very pleased with., however next time will try getting my hair cornbraided.

I was very satisfied with the end results regarding Billy Jeans Hair Braiding Salon. I did not need to make an appointment. A hair stylist was selected from the pool of braiders shooting the breeze as they sat and waited for customers. I didn't have to wait at all. I must add, although I was satisfied with my stylist, it was a bit disappointing to witness the foul, inappropriate language of the staff mainly towards the back of the shop. The man who greeted customers, collected the money and helped keep the shop somewhat tidy, had the most foul mouth in the presence of women. In addition, there were several men who appeared to be friends of the greeter who constantly came in and out many times just hanging about. Would I return, yes -- mainly because the woman who braided my hair did a great job. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. The only other thing I'll share from my experience,is in regards to personal calls. I don't mind if someone must answer the phone for a few moments, but to be on the phone for long periods of time as you are braiding a customer's hair -- isn't a good idea. I watched one of the hair braiders literally hold her cell phone against her shoulder as she chatted away during her braiding session. My hair braider, did receive a call. She answered, but did not stay on the phone but a few moments. Would I recommend this place, I think so. It wasn't bad, just not as professional as I would have prefer.
