They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Patsy is a good colorist; Charlene is a great pedicurist, and Dianne is great at manicures, waxing, and facials.

They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. The entire time I was there, they were so attentive, and ready to help me with anything I needed. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I was very pleased with the sevices I recieved! GREAT EXPERIENCE, WILL DEFINATELY BE A REPEAT CUSTOMER!

Did your hair stylist dry and style your hair after your hair cut?
The stylist quickly dried and styled my hair, but she/he didn't go above and beyond.

I have been a customer at this salon for several years. My son goes there as well as friends that I have recommended them to. I wear my hair with color and highlights. Charlotte has done my hair from the first time I came in there. The whole group of stylists are friendly, very helpful, always making sure that you are treated well. I have never had any problems or complaints. I would recommend them to anyone who would like to be in a comfortable salon with stylists who do really good work!

I had a wonderful experience! My friend recommended Charlotte at FI, and I am so pleased with my cut and highlights. Very friendly atmosphere and the staff was attentive and accommadating. Would recommend to anyone who is skeptical of trying a new salon. Youll love it.

I went into this salon as a walk-in. The owner directed me to a "new" girl. I was not made aware the stylist was inexperienced or would not do my hair to the best of her ability. My hair was butchered. I had medium brown hair below my shoulders when I came in and left with orange hair butchered to a length too short to even put in a pony tail. It literally looked like someone took a weed eater to my head. I was told by the owner my lesson was to not come into a shop as a walk in and let someone without experience work on my hair. Here is my lesson to you: Even though this salon advertises "Walk-ins Welcome!!!" they also employee incompetent people who only care about their pocket books and not taking care of their customers.
