A VERY BAD hair day after this salon visit. I used a coupon and got an inexperienced hairdresser - my hair looked like a racoon. The owner and experienced staff provided NO guidance for the newbie... at my expense - very unprofessional! They would not refund my money - even though I had to go to my regular hairdresser and pay full price to fix what 121 Main Place did! Visit this salon at your own risk.!
