I felt very unsatisfied!!!!!! She doesn't care what the customer wants AT ALL!!!! Deborah told me they could do my hair blond and it is still brown. She hardly even changed the color and I paid $80 down the drain. I left feeling very frustrated and unsatisfied AND they won't even try to redo it like I wanted it. I felt lied to and then ripped off. I would never use this salon again and hopefully no one else gets riped off like this. Wow some customer satisfaction, huh?
