I love going to Hair We Are for my haircuts. They've always done a quality job with my hair, which is amazing because my hair can be difficult. They're all very friendly, too. I couldn't even pick one stylist to recommend because they're all great! I've gone many times before and I'll keep going as long as I'm living in Rexburg. :)
