DISHONEST!! Beware...

I took my younger daughter here for a trim just 2 days ago. I called beforehand and asked how much they charged for a trim and was told $10 (no mention was made regarding what my daughter's age was). Afterwards, I told her I would be back with my older daughter, as she needed a trim as well and I thought $10 was a fair price. She smiled and said ok.

So I returned today with my older daughter (who is also young - 13 ) and asked the hairdresser if she remembered me. She said yes. I asked her if she would also trim my other daughter's hair. My daughter only wanted 1 inch taken off and it took this lady less than 5 minutes to trim it! When I paid, she DEMANDED that I give her $20 for the trim. She said my daughter was an adult and adult cuts are $20. WTF?!? Since when is a 13 yr. old girl an adult? And since I returned two days later, don't you think she should have mentioned BEFORE the cut that she would be charging me TWICE THE PRICE ?!? I feel deceived and ripped off.

I would have returned to this place on a regular basis and recommended it to others but she has lost my confidence and my business. Unhappy, I paid her her the twenty bucks and left. Hasta la vista, Blanca!!! I won't be back.
