Their staff was not friendly at all, they were rushed and wouldn't listen to me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The salon was very easy to locate although parking was annoying. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I had to cancel my plans to go get my hair fixed somewhere else.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. I felt worse when I left. The salon was easy enough to find.
