Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Got the best haircut of my life here and now I am a regular. The manager Marlene is wonderful! Definitely recommend this place.

Lyndsey was great. Her haircuts grow out really well!

My mother got a perm there by one of the other women and it was not a good experience and the perm didn't hold at all.

My sister-in-law took her kids there and it is not a child friendly place; the person who helped them got angry at a 3 year old for not sitting still.

I have a problem with the hours on the door. It says they close at 9pm. If you walk in at 8:45pm they will not cut your hair becuase they say they need time to count the register. They should change there hours to 8:45pm if they do not want to close at 9pm. If a business posts that they are open until 9pm, They should accomodate you until 9pm. This happened to me one year ago and I have never been back. My son went tonight for a hair cut and he now knows why I have never been back.
