Had a brazilian done and the girl left patches of hair with wax still on it. Didn't say anything about clean up. And when a call was made to the owner the owner said that unless she saw it there was nothing she could do. This was said after 3 days of waiting for the owner to call. She never did call. I had to call her again. It was an awful experience.
