This place is horrible! Everyone there spoke Russian, Angela critizes on your hair in very a rude manner if it's not to her liking. I went in there asking for red highlights and I came out with brown! Her prices are way to expensive, and I felt extremely rushed the whole time. I've been dying my hair for 10 years now and I know it always takes more then two hours to do it, but with her she did it in less then an hour! It's. It's very frustrating because now I have to go pay someone else more money to fix her problem on my hair! I'm so furious! I would NEVER EVER recommend this place to not one single living person ... EVER!

angela wasnt there it was her son, he didnt know what he was doing as far as cuting my hair. i explained to him that my aunts being cuting my hair and now that shes sick i need a good hair dresser. the way he handled my hair, ive never seen before as if his fingures were dry and he could grab my hair. then they took my cc and charged me 45 dollars when i was told 40 and in my final statment cc rept i was charge 50. I asked him why 50 he said taxes, i said taxes on 45 are not 5 dollars. wow it was the worest exp, and why are these russians in howard beach cuting hiar. lol surprised the italians havent throwen them out!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is a family run business where all they do is argue in Russian. Angela is always rushing to get to the next person. In the middle of your manicure she jumps to the next person before finishing you. She has two very nice other women who she treats with no respect. She did threading on my eyebrows and again in such a rush that I came home and had missing hair in my eyebrows. Her gel nails are the worst the peel. This place should go out of business and allow someone who knows what their doing take over. She never listens about your hair either. Never make an appointment she is never on time and very rude.

Angela cut may hair frantically without consulting me as to what she was going to do. I felt violated and traumatized by her whirlwind, commando approach. The place was filthy and I felt like the health Dept would close them down.I felt ripped off cos the price she quoted me was no sooner inflated. She made up new prices as the conversation progressed. I will NEVER go back there again. Take my advice, don't go. Getting a haircut and color should be a nourishing experience not a stressful one.
