It was the worst experience of my life, due to many reasons. First, I bought then brought two bundles of hair extensions to the salon. I was told it would be a long process to color the hair the 3 colors my daughter had wanted. Really? It took a week and a half. Then when my daughter and I went to have the extensions finally put in, the extensions were the wrong color, so they re-bleached and re-colored the hair again. And guess what? The colors still came out wrong. Next, they used beads to sew the extensions into her hair, which poke out of her head and hair. Last, they charged me $430 for actually putting the extensions in, which only took 1 and 1/2 hours to do. Really? Then they threatened to call the police when I expressed my dissatisfaction and did not want to pay that amount. I will never go to this salon again! By the way, the manager's name was Tyra. And get this, she refused to tell me her last name. Wow!

Three words: AMY, AMY, AMY!!! She is the most knowledgeable in all areas, styles, color, perms, weaves, blow-outs, Caucasian hair, black hair, Hispanic and Asian as well. In addition, she even has disabled clients -- one fully paralyzed. Nothing stops her from working her magic every time. She listens to your needs and together you come up with a sort of "Hair Plan". The care she takes for each person is unheard of. I have thick, straight hair and no time to style it. She cut it perfectly so that all my cowlicks, and waves work together in a beautiful sheet of shiny movement. I've been told many times since she first did my hair that it looks like a Pantene commercial.

I thought the prices were reasonable and I have recommended her to all of my friends and family. She even told me that she volunteers her time and expertise on low income families and unemployed individuals.

Thank you AMY. I will see you in 6 weeks.

I got my hair colored with a stylist and I decided to go for a ombre. I wanted to try it for a while I asked for blonde starting about two inches from roots. She said it wasn't possible due to me having had my hair colored brown. She said she could only do the ends of my hair so I went with that option. I said I wanted no red tones but the colour came out orange possibly due to previous colour in my hair. Was hoping it wasn't noticeable but my boyfriend asked me why I dyed my hair orange at the ends. Have a wedding tomorrow not sure what to do to correct it. Also colour came out stronger on one side. I was quoted 90 dollars for price but was charged 100 dollars as she told me she had given me a conditioning treatment. The blow dry was excellent and the girl was lovely. Im going to try blue shampoo and see if it takes away the orange tones.

I've never had a problem getting an appointment . I never have to cancel any of my plans for my appointment, it's great. They didn't even slightly rush my session. They made sure I was well taken care of. It immediately made me feel even more confident that I was going to a salon that was qualified. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

The salon is nice however, my stylist Ray had no clue as to what he was doing with color. He kept going to his manager to discuss every formula, at one time he had about 10 tubes of color that he was mixing from. Ladies if you value your hair stay away from this freak. End result was muddy color and the cut could have been better.
