Received a perm on 2/14/2018, there was next to no curl when unwrapped. Told stylist I was not satisified. She said that I needed layers-my hair is layered, it has been a couple years since your last perm-never had an issue before, all excuses were proved wrong by facts. I have had a cosmetology license for 25 years...Called Manager who stated nothing she could do, but would have district manager call me.....still waiting for that call! Had to contact my cc company to dispute charge...three weeks and zero curl for being charged $62.50.
