My appointment was at 10:30. The woman who did my nails (she never introduced herself so I can't use her name here) didn't get to me until 11 and offered no explination or apology. She spent most of the time gossiping with another person in the salon about people they disliked on Facebook. I found the whole experience incredibly unprofessional.

Although I got a brand new set of nails, they all popped off with in a week. Very disappointed in my experience here. I won't be returning.
