They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I scheduled an appointment and had to wait 1.5 hours. The customer before me said that he had scheduled an appointment also and had to wait an hour and half to get service also. There was no courtesy call to inform us, discount, or an apology. The girl just called us when she was ready as if it was nothing wrong with having people wait for extended periods to see her. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. This is un-expectable to have such disregard for your customers. Their work is good but no one should have to wait that long for an appointment, regardless of how good their work is. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.
