Ive come to this place for the cheap hair services because i'm a college student around here. i would just like to point out that the instructor in here is very rude and doesn't even talk to me about what she is about to put in my hair and why. she just yells and gets mad when i try to explain to her what i want and she decides on her own what would be more convenient for her and instructs the student on what color to mix and get ready without even discussing it with me first. i'm always extremely uncomfortable in this situation. I understand it's a school, but shouldn't they be teaching the students to pay attention to their client's needs? What ever happened to "the client is always right"? I get my roots touched up here and they always come out looking orange regardless of how many times i tell the instructor it has to be an ash blue-violet base because my hair pulls oranges. This lady acts like she has so many years of experience but Ive had better experience doing color myself.
