Any time I happen to be in eastern North Carolina, I always make an appointment to have Flo cut my hair. The first time Flo cut my hair was in 1998. It was the best, most flattering, haircut I had ever had. As far as I am concerned, Flo sets the standard by which I judge all other hair stylists.In my opinion, Flor is the BEST!
