I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had with BSW Beauty Supply. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
