I went to Fantastic Sams today here in Albuquerque, I went to the one on Montgomery. It was the worst hair experience of my entire life! I asked the lady to color my hair a light brown (to match my natural color). I also asked her to cut it a little longer in the front and shorter in the back, like a bob, and I asked her to wax my eyebrows. I left the salon with very light hair color, it was at least three different colors, my hair cut was a gap, and she told me she did not wax eyebrows! It was a horrible experience! She told me that drying my hair cost extra and she was out of time. I left the shop in wet hair! I had a bill for 55 dollars, I went home and dried it myself. It honestly looked better before I dried it. It was just horrible, it left me in tears. I ended up having to go to the salon at Wal-Mart to fix the hair-don’t. Thankfully the lady was able to fix most of the problem, even she said that my hair was pitiful. She did wax my eyebrows. I had been to Fantastic Sams before, at home. This was my first time in Albuquerque, and it is my last. I ended up having to pay 120 dollars today to just get what I wanted done to my hair, I had to visit two different salons, and undergo two colorings. I was very upset and unsatisfied with my experience at Fantastic Sams!
