Sat there for 15 minutes while the three stylists on shift ignored me. This is the second time that they have done this in a month. I walked out both times.

It's like they are too good to come over and take my information, or like they don't need customers. Either way, they lost another customer.

No Problem

I will not go back there.

horrible experience there. I had told them clearly how I need my haircut but she cut it so small. and when I tried to tell her that it is not what I wanted and I look horrible, she did not agree at all and was arguing in return. I could not attend a conference because of this horrible haircut. My husband and all my relatives did not like the haircut as it was too small on my face. do say bye bye to this place if you love your hair.
