My appointments always get canceled last minute here and there is NO consistency in pricing. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. This is one of the worst salons I've ever been to. I couldn't believe that they could get away with that level of customer service. My stylist didn't spend a whole lot of time washing my hair. It seemed pretty quick compared to other places I have been.
