Lillian is hands down one of the best hair stylist and colorist in the state of RI and her salon is friendly, comfortable and makes you feel right at home. Her talent is world class. Jenn is by far one of the most talented hair stylists I've ever witnessed. She goes above and beyond to give you exactly what you need with a smile. You will leave there feeling happy and loving your style. This salon takes pride in their work and in giving the best customer service around. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for the best.

Lillian is trained in the latest fashions and styles, I know she travels to hair shows all around the country. Not to mention her experience. She is a lovely, intelligent woman, and I couldn't' imagine trusting my hair with anyone else. She's been doing my hair for over 20yrs. Simply; she is the best, without question.

Lillian, the owner of the salon is extremely well informed and proficient at her craft. I would highly recommend Loose Ends to anyone wanting an excellent cut and outstanding color plus… A lovely salon with very warm and caring service.

They were very attentive and made sure they understood what I wanted for services from them. Their staff is friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are friendly and professional, I felt very welcomed. They did a great job and also made the environment very attractive and comfortable.
