I've been going to Elan since last year and each time, Alison has cut my hair and done a tremendous job. She (and the rest of the staff at Elan) are professional, friendly, courteous, they always offer me something to drink when I first walk in the salon, but most importantly, I've never been disappointed with a haircut (or eyebrow wax) from them. I actually started going to Elan after receiving one too many bad haircuts at other salons. Alison is a pro at damage control and on my first appointment with her, she managed to fix my craptastic haircut and actually make it look good. I've been going back ever since and won't let anyone else but her touch my hair.

Alison Kashmer here cut my hair--three inches shorter than what I asked for! I can see missing my an inch or so, but from agreeing to cut it collar-bone length (below the shoulder) to leaving me with an unflattering chin length poufy bob? It'll take months to grow out! I said something at the time, and complained to the salon manager in writing... no response. They even deleted my facebook post about this. AVOID!!!
