DO NOT GO HERE TO GET A HAIRCUT!!!!!!! i took my son today to get a trim with razor cut tips....she asked if i wanted her to use buzzers...i said NO......she did EVERYTHING i said not to do and now its going to take months for my sons hair to grow back....i do not recommend anyone to go here or take anyone to this place....i was very upset and will never return to this place....i also had pictures of exactly what i wanted....did not do that at all.....please check reviews before going anywhere...dont make the same mistake i did.....

I can't say their the friendliest group but they've never messed
up my hair & their location is convenient. I have one
complaint however. I called to find out if they were open. I was
told yes & what time they would be closing. I rushed over, getting
there 20 minutes before closing only to find the
closed sign already up. I could still see them sitting
inside. I had made it a point to call. If they stop taking
walk in customers @ a certain time, they should have
told me when I called. This isn't the 1st time either. Last
time I got there 30 minutes before they closed, only to see
them lock the doors & head to their cars. Their posted
business hours are unreliable & I'll think twice before
wasting my time & gas driving down there. Both times
I immediately called the Airport store only to be told
that they were suppose to be open.

I had a horrible experience and so did my daughter, we both came out with butchered short hair, and we repeatedly asked for not a lot of length to be taken off, they cut 5 inches off of my daughters hair, even after repeatedly being asked by my daughter to stop cutting it was too short, more than a little ticked off!!! Will never go back, I will go back to cutting our hair again!
