An elderly blonde woman was very rude and did not listen to a word I was saying about the very easy hair-trimming I requested.
She actually got very smart with me and basically pulled me out of her chair.
I was stunned and will not go back.
I know that everybody has a bad day sometimes, but please do not blame the customer!
