The person who cut my hair was so rude I was speechless. I wanted my ends trimed 2-3 inches. She lectured and belittled me into 7 inches. My thinking was that it was only hair, why is this women actually angry about what I was asking for. Now,it looks absolutely horrible. I had beautiful hair before I went in and was told that on a regular basis. Yes, there were split ends, but now it looks cliche' and ugly. She actually jerked my head straight with her hands becuase I looked down and the long locks of hair on the floor. I really wish I would have gotten up and walked out at the beginning like my instincts told me to. I feel sorry for the other people working there as they seemed like good people. I've never had a haircut that made me cry before.
