I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. We have brought all three of our sons to get hair cuts, and they looked great. My husband and I have been tanning at Coconuts. the prices are great. The place is new and clean and we love it. Thanks coconuts Staff.

I called Coconuts salon in Boiling Springs to make an appointment. The lady on the phone suggested 2pm that day. I went in and I will admit that I was about ten minutes late getting there, but when I arrived all the associates were standing around. They gave me a form to fill out and asked me to wait in the back and told me that someone would be with me in a few minutes. I waited until 2:30 when I got up and left. I could hear them playing around and talking about their food and I could smell the food as well. When I left I forgot that I still had their pen so i opened the door to toss it back on the desk and one of the ladies that worked there was looking at me with food in her hand and didn't say a word. They scheduled my appointment during their lunch break and were making me wait while they all ate. It would have been different if I had requested 2pm but someone that worked there suggested it. I will never give them any business again.
