Great Salon. Brittany cuts my hair and is super.

This was my first visit to this establishment. I was there for a Men's Haircut. Brittany was my stylist. My initial impression is : GREAT!. Brittany introduced herself, was extremely pleasant and professional. I explained what I wanted and she followed my wishes to a T.

I would recommend them and plan on revisiting them again in the future for my haircut needs. I recommend Brittany as your stylist - albeit she is the only one I met this particular day so the other staff members are probably just as friendly and professional, if Brittany is any indication.

They ignored my request to leave my sideburns in line with the center of my ear. Both sideburns were almost up to where the top of my ear joins my head. I instructed the girl to taper the back down and to not block it off . She blocked it off higher than the bottom of my ear lobe. I called the lady that I was told was the owner. I expalined the problem and asked her if I could come back to the salon and let her see it for herself . She became very rude and told me that she did not want me to come back to the salon. I told her how I felt about her rudeness and hung up. She called back three times challenging me to come back at six O'clock when her husband was there. Each time I told her to stop calling my house. Then her husband called twice. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
