I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They have absolutely fantastic customer service. I called to find out the price of my beauty treatment and they answered the phone within a couple of rings. They were happy to answer all of my questions and give me the price of my beauty treatment over the phone. I was in awe at the level of service I received when I visited Hairport. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
