Back in 1975 or 76 the Head Chop put advertising flyers on the windsheilds of cars in the Manchester Community College parking lot. That was the first time I went and became a loyal customer for years. I used the "Tri" hair products that they exclusively sold and swore I would go nowhere else for haircuts! It has been a long time, and I have since moved away. But they were the best in the Manchester area! I wonder if Shelly or Pam are still there...

I have horrible hair...thin...pin straight and well blah. I went to Jacquie because my daughter said she worked magic. I'm nothing if not up to the challenge to prove that wrong :) Well after only one visit Jacquie did what no other hairdresser has ever done...she made MY hair look amazing. I don't know what magic she has in her skilled hands but she accomplished the impossible. She is a great listener but more importatly (to me anyway) she is completely honest about what will look good and what is just plain crazy. I highly recommend Jacquie and Head Chop. Reasonable prices and as a bonus...she's sweet and hysterically funny...a big plus for me.
