They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I love getting my hair washed at this salon. My stylist even massages my scalp during the wash, It feels amazing! They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I love this place and everyone that works here. I would go back whenever I can and use the same people I always use because they do the best and I love them. They are a family and always make me feel like family when I go. Best place I have been and wouldn't change at all.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

The worst haircut I ever had!
Quoted one price on the phone - charged a higher price when I left.
