I will definitely recommend them to people I know. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Wish they would have a larger display of their prices. And let you know whats included in their sevices.

The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I wasn't too impressed with them. It wasn't the worst salon I've ever been to, but I'm hoping I can find something better elsewhere. One of the first things I noticed when I walked in the door was how neat and clean their entire facility was. It was obvious that they put a lot of effort into creating a sterile, comfortable environment for their clients.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional
