Cuquita and the other beauticians are so friendly. She gives me a good haircut --really knows how to cut curly hair --and offers suggestions. Overall a very pleasant experience, very lively --You can tell they have regular customers and why.

I've been coming to this salon since they first open they are always so kind and unbelievable outgoing they try and make you feel welcome. Everytime I go there they always remember who I am and tell me about how is my job, family, etc been.

I went here hoping to get a trim and lighten my hair by a few shades for my 22nd birthday; the absolute worst "salon" I have ever been to. Not only are spider webs evident, the furniture is falling apart and the place is beat down. I decided to stay and not judge their performance on their appearance--mistake number two. Instead of lightening my hair from dark brown to chestnut, she bleached the tips platinum blonde and dyed my roots jet black because she "thought it looked way cool". She wanted people to see my bleached tips so she cut off 7 1/2 inches of my top layer (I measured), 3 inches off my middle layer and nothing off the longest part of my hair; no real layering or blending was ever done. A complete and obvious hack job. She also ignored me for 72 minutes DURING my appointment to put her friends ahead of me, and bleached the entire back of my shirt and didn't tell me. She didn't realize I speak Spanish, and spent the entire appointment bad mouthing me to her coworker. Worst place I have ever been, and if it weren't for all the other reviews (that she said in Spanish she had her friends post to this website) I would never have gone there, and I wish I never had. Completely ruined my birthday and now I have to spend more money (on top of the $90 they charged to ruin, fry and damage my hair) to fix it.

They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. My stylist made sure to cover my clothes completely during my styling. They didn’t even slightly rush my session and were helpful in deciding on the exact color I wanted my hair to be. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. I spent less than a couple of minutes in the waiting area.
