Has anyone else had a ridiculously hard time trying to make an appointment for botox? I have been calling for over a month, and have left several messages, in which they promise they are hiring more staff to handle the influx of patients, and will call back within a week...which they have yet to do. I am beginning to get very discouraged by their lack of follow through. I would hate to take my business soewhere else since I have heard such great things about their services. I would love if someone could contact me regarding this appointment situation.

I made an appointment to get my hair straightened using a Groupon. I received a phone call 15 minutes before my appointment telling me that, not only did they have my appointment time wrong, but the person who was supposed to do my hair was sick and they had to cancel. I explained that I had driven over an hour to get to the place and that I was about five minutes away, and the woman said that "life happens" and that as I "went through life" I would eventually learn this lesson. I calmly told her that I was disappointed with the level of customer service provided and she became nasty and attacking, claiming that I was "unreasonable" and would need to learn to deal with disappointments in life. She said that they got my time wrong because they have had a busy week and that wasn't their fault. When I told her that I would be leaving a negative review, she said to "go right ahead" and that she would "just have it removed" something she claimed to have "done before". I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. I am honestly amazed that the woman had the nerve to speak so nastily to a customer given that I never raised my voice, and the most negative comment I made was "I'm really disappointed with the customer service I am receiving." I will never use this company's services and will be cautioning everyone I know in the area against going here.

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.

I loved my visit to Domani. The service was great. The people were great. I got a color/cut, a massage and manicure. My hair looks fabulous, and my massage was GREAT!! manicure was good too! I will be going back, prices are resonable.

My recent visit to Domani was a disaster! Not only are their prices higher when you get there than they state on thier website, but they rip you off beyond belief when you get there. I went there under the impression that color was $50, when I left... my total was $77, without tip (+15 for tip). Its $55 for color there ($5 more than stated on the website) and thats all you get. If you want them to WASH THE COLOR OUT of your hair and blowdry it so you can see if it's the color you wanted, its an addition $22. I've never heard of being charged to SHAMPOO the color out of your hair, most places even include the blowdry. Also, they won't tell you that it costs extra for anything, they just do it and hit you with a total at the door. So it is impossible to get a color for even the $55 they claim it costs. Also, the customer service is terrrrrible. They don't do refunds and do as little as possible to make the customer happy.. Oh and they got dye all over my face and shirt. AVOID!!!
