I was stunned at the level of unprofessional conduct that was exhibited by the management and staff of the Capital Mall JC Penny Salon. I brought my teenage daughter to get her hair cut. While cutting her hair the stylist began a conversation with her co-worker and mentioned that she was straight out of beauty school. I would have appreciated this information while making the appointment; having been asked if this was alright or would I prefer a more experienced stylist. This is not an inexpensive salon. I could have spent $10 more and went to Aveda. Throughout the cut, the stylist's only attempt at conversation was to push services and product to up the sale. While who I assumed was the manager was charging me, I was asked 4 times if I wanted to add a tip to the charge. Each time she asked, her tone got more and more aggressive. This whole experience was reminiscent of a cheap mega-chain. I will never return, not even to buy product. Nor would I recommend anyone waste their money at the JC Penny Salon.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting JC Penney Salon. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. JC Penney Salon's office was well organized and clean. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. JC Penney Salon paid very close attention to me, is always respectful, and takes every thought and concern I have into consideration. I've never seen better care anywhere else! JC Penney Salon is always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
