Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time!

Betsy is awesome! I am always confident that when I sit in her chair my hair will look fabulous when she is done. I love that I am not there all day. I can get highlights, cut and style and be out the door in an hour. Can't get much better than that. I have recommended her to numerous people.
