I came in as my boyfriend's mother was heading out--completely by accident. The salon was clean and pleasant inside, though the parking lot is a bit of a mess--someone had a fender bender as I was getting my hair cut.

The cut was all I got, but good lord was there potential to go wrong. I had long, thick hair and walked out with a bob above my shoulders and perfect side-swept bangs--my hair isn't blocky or poofy like some cuts I've gotten, and it curls perfectly in towards my face. Jen did a FANTASTIC job, and everyone was very nice and friendly without being totally in-your-face about it.

I get kind of fussy about my haircuts, and I don't think I've ever been happier.

Never, they are very reliable.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

The stylist quickly washed my hair, but she/he didn't go above and beyond.
