If there was a way to give no stars, I would. Not only did she not listen to anything I said about what I wanted done, Joanna gave me a sloppy unfinished cut and also over processed my hair damaging it badly. She doubled booked me and the two people scheduled together right after me. When I complained that my hair was breaking off she immediately proceeded to both attack me personally and gaslight me, even suggesting that it was against the law to give me a refund. I have never been treated so poorly by a professional. Looking at the pictures she has online, sloppy highlights and haphazard cuts is just what she does and still charges top dollar. I doubt she invests in her own continuing education of new trends or bothers to get training on new products. Stay away.

The absolute best hairstylist. I’ve known her since I moved her 14 yrs ago n sad to say if I ever move my stylist won’t!!! Lol she is a down to earth mother, friend and I believe owner tres again ;)!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

I have been going to EOB for about 2 years now. I have chosen a stylist that really knows her stuff boy. She sure does. Natalie loves her profession and you can tell. Any style I want she can do. I always leave there very pleased. I call Natalie a "Color Expert". She knows her colors, her numbers, her matches, and exactly what you are wanting. I started getting gray 5 years ago. I tried many colors to cover the gray but stay natural. All would fade very quickly to horrible shades and even damage my hair. Aveda is the only color that stays "True to Color". It does not fade. The gray does come back eventually but, the color does not fade and last much longer then any other brand. All of the Aveda products that I use are Awesome! The shampoo for colored hair and the Confixar (light weight gel). All of the staff at E.O.B are very professional, know their colors, and are great Hair Stylists. Best Beauty Salon and Spa I have found in all of my years of searching. I will never leave. Try it!

this salon is the BEST!! Only using Aveda products! Joanna highlighted my hair & did my make-up before a photo shoot & I looked great! They offer massages, manicures, pedicures, makeup & skincare consultations, & anything & everything to do with hair!
